I am a fully qualified Integrative counsellor (Adv. Dip. Integrative Counselling, 2009), and am committed to a therapeutic approach that places my clients and their needs first. It is my job to create an environment of empathy, non-judgement and honesty in which my clients and I can look at their difficulties in a place that is safe enough to do so.
My Integrative training means that I have a broad range of theoretical perspectives and practical counselling skills to offer my clients, in order to tailor the work as closely as possible to their needs.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Physiotherapists.

Counselling can help you manage almost all of life’s problems, and I am committed to supporting you with whatever difficulties you are experiencing.
Therapist for adults of all ages
It is my belief that there are times when all of us would benefit from the kind of support and reflection that is only available in the counselling room. My counselling practice in Teignmouth welcomes clients of all ages.
I also operate a fully mobile counselling service in Torbay, Teignbridge, Exeter and Dartmoor for older adults and people with mobility issues. No mobile counselling is available during the COVID-19 restrictions.
If regular appointments are difficult for you to keep due to work or other commitments, then some or all of your sessions can be held online through secure video counselling. Please ask me about this via the contact form, email or phone. I am currently providing only online counselling or telephone counselling.
